Face of Produce Returns

During the clean up in the garden beds we discovered a few stealth carrots that survived the winter beneath a blanket of garden waste. I think we missed Feb, but so far we have harvested something every month since last June. The carrots were a little woody at the tops, but they were the clear winner in a side-by-side, blinded taste test against the store-bought variety. Meanwhile, Bruno is upgrading the seed growing stand in a new location in the sunroom. Stay tuned....
